All estimates and audits are produced by CCC ONE® certified professionals in accordance with applicable carrier DRP guidelines and OEM repair procedures. AUDENYX services are intended for business-to-business (B2B) use only.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of service engagement. Unless otherwise specified in a separate service agreement:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of delivery of the completed work
• Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law
• AUDENYX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with outstanding unpaid balances

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of AUDENYX or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any website content without prior written permission from AUDENYX. Estimates, audit reports, and other deliverables produced for a client become that client's property upon payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 90 days preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.

13. Termination
