Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about AUDENYX’s services, process, and pricing — answered in full.

Turnaround & Process
How quickly do you deliver estimates?

Our average turnaround is 12 hours for photo-based estimates. Complex structural or CAT estimates may take up to 24 hours. For urgent requests, WhatsApp us directly for same-day priority handling. We operate 24/7 including weekends and public holidays.

What information do you need to start an estimate?

We need clear photos of all damaged areas (including underside and engine bay where relevant), the vehicle VIN, year/make/model, mileage, and insurer/DRP guidelines if applicable. The more thorough the photo documentation, the faster and more accurate the estimate. We’ll send you our full photo guide on request.

How do I submit a job to AUDENYX?

You can submit jobs via: (1) our secure email portal, (2) WhatsApp with photos and vehicle details, (3) direct SFTP upload, or (4) API integration with your management system. We adapt to your existing workflow — no new software required on your end.

In what format are completed estimates delivered?

Estimates are delivered directly through CCC ONE®, Audatex, or Mitchell Connect as a completed estimate file ready for review or insurer submission. We can also provide PDF exports or EMS files. You retain full ownership and control of every file we produce.

Estimates & Supplements
What is the difference between an estimate and a supplement?

An initial estimate is written before or at the start of repairs based on visible damage and photos. A supplement is an additional charge submitted after tear-down when hidden damage or additional operations are discovered not included in the original estimate. AUDENYX handles both with the same accuracy and documentation standards.

What is included in a full tear-down estimate?

A full tear-down estimate includes all labour operations (R&I, repair, refinish), OEM or quality replacement parts, materials (paint, seam sealer, etc.), sublet operations (alignment, glass, ADAS calibration), and applicable taxes. All operations are sourced from CCC ONE®’s labour time database and validated against OEM repair procedures.

How do you handle insurer pushback on supplements?

Our supplements are written with detailed justification notes, photo references, and OEM procedure citations that are difficult to dispute. Where pushback occurs, our team provides written responses with supporting documentation from manufacturer repair manuals, I-CAR position statements, and industry standards — at no additional cost.

Can you write estimates to a specific DRP (Direct Repair Program) profile?

Yes. We work within the specific DRP guidelines of all major carriers including Allstate, State Farm, GEICO, Progressive, Farmers, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, USAA, Travelers, and more. Our estimators are familiar with each carrier’s requirements, rate profiles, and preferred labour times — ensuring first-pass approval rates above 99%.

Audits & Compliance
What does a claim audit involve?

A claim audit is a detailed review of an estimate to verify accuracy, compliance, and fair compensation. Our auditors check: correct labour times per OEM database, proper parts pricing, applicable operation inclusions/exclusions, DRP guideline adherence, and any missing operations. Audits typically recover or save significant value per file.

How do CAT estimates differ from standard estimates?

CAT estimates handle large-scale loss events — hailstorms, floods, wildfires — where hundreds of vehicles are damaged simultaneously. They involve specific CAT programmes, expedited documentation, and volume-based pricing. AUDENYX’s dedicated CAT response team can scale to 200+ estimates within 48 hours of a loss event activation.

Do you handle ADAS calibration requirements in estimates?

Yes. We include all required ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations in estimates where OEM repair procedures mandate them. This includes radar, camera, and sensor calibrations triggered by windshield replacement, suspension work, or front-end structural repairs. These are documented with OEM position statement references.

Do you comply with GDPR and US data privacy regulations?

Yes. AUDENYX is aligned with GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), and US data privacy principles. All client and claimant data is handled under strict NDA, stored with AES-256 encryption, and never shared with third parties. Data is retained only for the period required and deleted securely on request.

Can you audit estimates written by in-house estimators?

Absolutely. Many of our carrier clients send us estimates written by their own field appraisers for a second-pass quality check before payment authorisation. We identify errors, missed operations, and compliance issues — typically recovering 8–15% additional value per audited file.

Pricing & Partnerships
What are your rates?

Pricing is based on service type and monthly volume. We offer per-estimate billing for lower-volume clients and discounted monthly retainer plans for shops or carriers processing 50+ files per month. Contact us for a tailored quote — most clients find AUDENYX pays for itself within the first supplement recovered.

Are your estimators CCC ONE certified?

Yes. Every AUDENYX estimator holds an active CCC ONE® certification and undergoes ongoing training to stay current with OEM procedures, new model databases, and evolving insurer guidelines. We also have Audatex and Mitchell Connect certified estimators for clients using those platforms.

Do you handle heavy equipment and commercial fleet claims?

Absolutely. AUDENYX has a dedicated heavy equipment division handling construction machinery (excavators, cranes, bulldozers), HGV and commercial transport fleets, agricultural equipment, and industrial machinery claims — including total loss and catastrophic damage assessments.

Can you integrate directly with our shop management system?

Yes. We support direct integration with CCC ONE®, Mitchell Connect, and Audatex. For proprietary systems, we offer SFTP-based file exchange and REST API connectivity. Our onboarding team will set up and test the integration fully before your first live file — at no extra charge.

How is my data kept secure?

All client data is protected by TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. NDAs are signed prior to every engagement. All team members operate under strict data handling policies aligned with ISO 27001. Zero data-sharing with third parties under any circumstances.
